The Tek-CARE570 is a flexible wireless nurse and emergency call system designed to meet the needs of a variety of care facilities. It supports a wide range of devices, including emergency call switches, pendant transmitters, door alarms, and universal transmitters. The system can operate as a standalone wireless solution with the NC475DESK Tek-CARE Central Equipment serving as the master station, or it can be integrated into a larger TekTone nurse call system via the Tek-CARE Network.

The Tek-CARE500 is a UL®2560 Listed wireless nurse call system designed for assisted and independent living facilities, providing reliable spread-spectrum call transmission, advanced safety features, and supervised wireless devices such as pendants, emergency and check-in switches, motion detectors, and door/window monitors. Powered by long-lasting batteries, the system is managed through Tek-CARE Central Equipment with software that tracks transmitters, routes calls to staff via pagers, text, email, or the Tek-CARE Staff App, and stores resident profiles and medical information. Enhanced by components like the self-monitoring SF506ES Wireless Smoke Detector and the NC403TS touchscreen monitor, the system supports real-time event monitoring, granular transmitter locationing, and flexible installation of wearable and in-room call devices, giving residents greater independence and ensuring staff can respond quickly and effectively.
