Tek-CARE400 GEN3
The Tek-CARE400 GEN3 TekTone’s newest high-end nurse call system. This system has completely redesigned Patient Stations with a revamped appearance and a brand-new snap on mounting design, ensuring a clean look. The Tek-CARE400 GEN3 customizability creates a user friendly system for both staff and patients.
The Tek-CARE400 GEN3 offers two versatile, touchscreen master station options in the NC404TS and the NC415G3, allowing you to decide which option best fits your needs and your budget. Whether sleek and compact, or large with multiple call viewing options, the Tek-CARE400 GEN3 provides master station options for your needs. Both masters utilize a handset option for two-way audio communication and provide touchscreen capabilities.
The GEN3 addressable stations allow residents to open a voice channel between their room and the nurses station, allowing staff to accurately assess the time needed to respond. Stations provide a modern aesthetic and utilize customizable buttons on both patient and peripheral stations. The addressable stations and peripherals are all completely supervised, adding reassurance for maintenance and administration staff alike.
Tek-CARE120
The Tek-CARE120 Tone-Visual Nurse Call System is an aesthetically pleasing and surprisingly affordable nurse call system designed for easy installation and years of trouble-free operation in a variety of healthcare facilities, such as skilled nursing, senior living, assisted/independent living, urgent care, clinics, and ambulatory surgical centers.
The compact master stations can be either wall-mounted or desk-mounted. The LCD touchscreen lists patient calls by priority in a pleasing display, and calls are annunciated via pleasant call tones to reduce institutional noise. A dome light may be connected directly to the master station to indicate the highest-priority call originating in the master’s zones.
Tek-CARE500
Tek-CARE500 is a UL®2560 Listed wireless nurse call system for use by assisted and independent living facilities. The system ensures reliable call transmission using spread spectrum technology.
Tek-CARE500 provides senior living facilities with the most advanced security and safety available, giving residents the peace of mind and independence they deserve.
Tek-CARE500 includes a complete selection of wireless call transmitters — including pendants, emergency switches, check-in switches, door and window monitors, and motion detectors (check-in only) — powered by batteries that last more than one year. Plus, all transmitters are supervised, so you always know your system is working.
Tek-CARE3000
The Tek-CARE3000 is TekTone’s newest hard-wired nurse call system. This system is a supervised, microprocessor-based nurse call system offering two-way audio and visual communication. It supports staff-to-patient and staff-to-staff communication with flexible configuration tools. At its core is the Tek-CARE Hub, a GEN3 module that connects to Tek-CARE3000 stations and supports two master station options. These masters serve as control centers, displaying and prioritizing calls while managing system settings. The system includes a range of patient stations and devices, all built with modular components and simplified wiring for easy expansion in new or existing facilities.
NC475 Tek-CARE Appliance Server
The NC475 Tek-CARE® Appliance Server is an entirely new platform that utilizes a custom-built operating system that allows for more flexibility and the capability to run more mobile and Apple TV apps. The new Tek-CARE Appliance Server is available in two versions: the NC475 and the NC475DESK.
The NC475 is designed to act as an appliance server and is typically installed in a server room or equipment closet. This option is best for facilities with more mobile staff members that would like to utilize apps and pagers as opposed to stationary master stations. The NC475 includes a navigation menu for performing tasks such as back-up reporting and reset.
The NC475DESK is supplied with a touchscreen monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse, and is used as the main monitor for a non-voice Tek-CARE system such as the Tek-CARE500. The user interface on the touchscreen monitor resembles the Tek-CARE app for Apple TV and iOS, maintaining the new modern look and feel for TekTone software.
Tek-CARE700 Wander Management
TekTone‘s Tek-CARE700 system lets dementia and at-risk residents move freely about your facility, while preventing them from wandering off. The Tek-CARE700 can connect simultaneously to any TekTone nurse call system and a variety of foreign systems, such as fire alarm and security. The system can also help to prevent expensive equipment from leaving your facility.

Tek-CARE NC110 & NC150
Tek-CARE NC110 & NC150 are UL® Listed audio-visual nurse call systems for nursing home, hospital, and health care related facilities. They provide audible and visual call indication without the use of intercom communications.
Annunciator/control panels are modular and available in different lamp indicator quantities from 4 to more than 100. Add door and window monitoring to the nurse call system by using the DS100 door sentry & emergency alarm system.
Tek-CARE400 P5+
The Tek-CARE400 P5+ is the modern iteration of TekTone’s flagship nurse call system. Featuring modern aesthetics and flexible options, the system can be designed to fit facilities in every healthcare industry. The system has a clean contemporary look, and is designed to be both staff- and patient-friendly.
Tek-CARE160
The Tek-CARE160 was originally designed as a modern and affordable two-way audio communication nurse call system. However, TekTone is announcing that the Tek-CARE160 system is no longer being offered for new installations as the company prepares for the release of its next generation of nurse call products.
TekTone will continue to fully support existing Tek-CARE160 systems and provide replacement parts for as long as possible, helping ensure that current installations remain operational and reliable. This includes the NC415G3 and NC404TS master stations, the NC403TS Tek-CARE monitor, room controllers, and patient, duty, and audio stations.
Tek-CARE300III
The Tek-CARE300 was originally designed for nursing homes, assisted living facilities, long-term care facilities, hospitals, and medical centers. Due to changing market conditions, advancements within the Tek-CARE Platform, and the availability of suitable custom cabling, no new Tek-CARE300II/300III systems will be quoted.
TekTone will continue to support existing Tek-CARE300 installations with replacement hardware for as long as possible, including NC356CE Modules, NC415G3 and NC404TS master stations, IR300-series Stations, LI300-series Dome Lamps, and SF300-series Peripherals.
